Seastar Alignment Valve HA5471-2

Seastar Alignment Valve HA5471-2 assist in air removal and periodic re-alignment of engines when out of sync,
without having to break into the hydraulic system to bleed.
We recommend a mechanical tiebar between engines where possible.
In application where mechanical tiebar can not be fitted, it is recommend that you use a liquid tiebar valve.

Due to the potential of leakage across the piston seals, you may require frequent engine alignment, by opening valve turn steering wheel hardover to port and back hardover to starboard.
Once engines a re-aligned, close valve.

Also know as hydraulic tiebar.
